We're looking for a Senior Front-end Developer who treats performance as a feature and craft as a baseline. You'll build fast, accessible, conversion-focused interfaces for our clients — and help shape how we ship them.
About the role
You'll own the front-end of high-visibility client builds: from design handoff to production-grade Next.js apps that score 95+ on Lighthouse and stay that way. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with designers, SEO strategists and performance engineers.
What you'll do
- Build pixel-accurate, responsive interfaces in Next.js, React and Tailwind.
- Own Core Web Vitals — measure, profile and ship improvements that move the needle.
- Translate Figma into clean, accessible, maintainable component systems.
- Pair with SEO on technical implementation: structured data, semantic markup, rendering strategy.
- Review code, mentor mid-level developers and raise the bar on craft.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production front-ends, 2+ with React and a modern meta-framework.
- Deep comfort with Next.js App Router, server components and rendering tradeoffs.
- A genuine eye for design detail and motion that feels intentional.
- Fluency with Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG AA) and SEO-friendly markup.
- Strong written communication — we're remote-first and async by default.

- Experience with Webflow, headless CMS or edge rendering.
